Penelope is a sweet little 4 year old, 13lb Terrier. She is timid as first, but warms up quickly. He loves her human and will be very affectionate. She will be your shadow and follow you everywhere you go. She gets along with other dogs outside the home, but in the home she wants to be the only dog. She responds well to basic commands. She is mostly quiet unless someone comes to the door. She likes riding in the car and does well on a leash. Penelope will make a wonderful companion.
