Doc

Doc is a male, 9 pound terrier mix and is estimated to be about 8 years. He is very outgoing and confident. He enjoys being around humans and affectionally demands for pets while cuddling on the couch. Doc has not shown interest in toys such yet, but he enjoys having individual attention from his human. Doc tolerates other dogs that he is warming up to and will give a warning bark if he feels the other dogs are too close (sometimes his bark even sounds like a duck quacking!) Doc doesn’t appear to be a picky eater and he calmly enjoys rides in the car. His foster parent also noted that he is unbothered by loud noises, like the vacuum, and will not bark at the sounds. He has shown some degree of separation anxiety. He is currently learning how to tolerate being in the kennel when he is left alone and he is mostly potty trained. He currently working to learn basic obedience skills and how to walk on the leash.
