Gator is smart as a whip. He likes to hoard things. He identifies and follows dogs, but is fearful of people. He also needs to be acclimated to a leash and handling. He goes into a panic and rolls like an alligator and becomes aggressive. He needs a very consistent and intricate desensitization work. He loves when he sees familiar people and gets very excited and seems to want the interaction and presence of humans, just cannot tolerate being intricately touched or restrained. Desensitization is all that is needed. We have a trainer that can teach you what to do.
Gator would do best in a home with dogs who will continue to show him guidance and play. Gator will need an experienced owner.
