Taco is a tiny guy who only weighed 5 lbs when he came into rescue. He is a friendly 13 yr Chihuahua who loves to on morning walks with his pack.

Taco doesn’t have any teeth so he needs to eat soft food. He LOVES a little peanut butter put on the end of your finger for his treats.

Taco gets along well with the other dogs in the house and loves men. He would also do very well as an only dog. He is still navigating the doggy door but will go to the door to let you know that he needs to go out.

Taco is shy at first taking a few days to warm up, then he's a very a sweet, affectionate, loving little guy.

This rescue is named after two very special dogs that I was blessed to have in my life. That the universe found me to be worthy of such a gift is forever humbling. This rescue is their legacy. It is based on Connor and Millie's sheer tenacity and determination to survive; their desire to love, be loved, and the ability to forgive.
